The colony is still pretty trashy. Been here my whole life. It was low quality community that Fox and Jacobs built and honestly, it’s still heavily prevalent.

Thanks Scott for watching and sharing. But numbers don’t lie, it’s appreciating faster than many cities in the Dallas area. New builds in those communities mentioned have a little to do with it, but it’s in a pretty good location with lot of things to do.
