Hina Mansoor flour ,cornstarch , salt , pepper, sweet red pepper or smoked sweet red pepper , soy sauce.
Before wash the chicken pieces and season them with the herbs - sweet or smoked red pepper,salt , black or white pepper.
Then after your seasoning wait for 12 hours or at least 6 hours in the fridge.
Mix flour , cornstarch and the herbs !
Don't forget salt !
After 12 or 6 hours do the chicken in the flower herb mix !
Make a large bowl of water to dip the chicken in the water and wait 1 minute then use the mix flour again..!
You can fry the chicken in one step or 2 steps !
I do it in 2 steps !
First fry in 160 grad Celsius 8 minutes.
Second step fry the chicken in 180 grad Celsius in the color you like gold or little yellow brown ! ( I wait 8- 10 min.) but I also pay attention to the color !
