In this video, I cooked spicy rabbit meat I hope you liked
I bought rabbit meat from Poland Katowice supermarket
all the Indian spices I have used to make this recipe are
listed below.
For marinating 600gm rabbit meat-
Meat masala - 1tsp (smaller teaspoon)
Red chili powder- 2tsp
Coriander powder- 2tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
For curry preparation -
Almond 6-7, Peanut, cumin, cloves 3-4, Fennel seeds, Coriander seeds,
Dry red chili 1-2, Coconut powder, Small cardamom 3-4, Large cardamom 1,
Cinnamon, Bay leaf 1-2, Kasuri methi (optional)
Spices-
Red chili powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder- 1tsp
Meat masala- 1tsp
Mango powder- 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
Salt- according to taste
Ginger Garlic paste- 1tsp
oil - 2 Tablespoon
green chili- 2-3
Tomato- 1
Onion- 2
