It's just this our regular fabric at the market. It's stretchy and thick. You can use raw silk on any other fabric just put warden in the ruffles to make it stay

It's just a regular stretchy fabric I bought from the market. You can also use any poly stretchy fabric.

If you use a fabric that is not thick, you can use Woden to line the ruffles so as to make it thick
