Joshua Carrasquillo It's all about the mega "Marketting" machine .... on the bright side at least Taylor plays an instrument, writes her own songs and is a great role model for young girls .... nothing wrong with that, Brandi kicks ass though !!!!
+Joshua Carrasquillo I think that Taylor Swift's latest record is fantastic, but I see your point. I think it's a marketing thing. It's easier to market a tall, skinny, straight blonde with a synthesizer than someone like Brandi (who is obviously beautiful as well) with a guitar and an old soul.

Joshua Carrasquillo unfortunately it's like that for so many great artists!! It gets to me lot's of times. It's all about the money and who's marketable. I've gotten to where I just listen to so many of these great artists and enjoy them. Brandi is awesome and down to earth and that's what I like.
Love Brandi--she inspired me to really have no fear and put my first song on the internet. Head over and check it out if you like. It was really this song from Firewatcher's Daughter that made me feel like I might have permission to try this too... Love you Brandi...

this one really didn't do anything for me honestly. IMHO cookie cutter cliche modern country with the obligatory overly loud for no reason chorus. To me seemed to lack imagination and creativity. Lyrics IMHO are meh
