Why I Returned to El Salvador in 2023: Exploring Paseo El Carmen, San Salvador is a *Must See*!

- In today's video, I will be traveling to back to one of my Favorite countries: El Salvador! El Salvador has everything you could ever want. From El Tunco (surf city) to El Volcan Santa Ana, there is unlimited opportunities to explore the country I call my second home. San Salvador is the capital and the largest city of El Salvador and its eponymous department. It is the country's political, cultural, educational and financial center. The Metropolitan Area of San Salvador, which comprises the capital itself and 13 of its municipalities, has a population of 2,404,097.
Once we arrive in San Salvador, we will visit the Picnic Steak house and the Paseo El Carmen (one of the best street food and shopping places in the country). We will eat our way through the most famous street in San Salvador.

El Salvador is awesome! I went there for the first time in November 2022 and returned in March 2023, and I hope to be back again for more! The 2nd time I also visited Paseo El Carmen, the best is to go there on Friday or Saturday nights, between the food stands and the bars with live music, it felt really nice.I also went during the day and it is nice but not the same street vibe.

Wow. Walked right across paseo Carmen today about noon on a Wednesday and didn't know it was a thing but I think it's more of an evening event on weekends. But you can also just go into the large municipal market and try most of the same foods cheaply for lunch or breakfast. It enhanced my volcano visit afterwards

@@JackTravels As a Salvadorean everytime I visit I must go to eat " gallina india" is in the right side of the road to Puerto La Libertad. Is Al Fresco . The next must is the coctail , combo" music " and a cerveza in El puerto de la libertad where you can eat the fresh seafood. Next is enjoy the waves of our Pacific Ocean by jumping them some you have to go under in order to align with them. There are also other places like Termos del Rio, Los Chorros, La puerta del diablo, Sihuatehuacan, Ichanmichen, La cueva de san miguel, el golfo de fonseca, el cerro verde , some ideas. Have fun !!
