I believe that a thrust bearing does have a reacting along all 3 axis - not just x and z.

That one would be 0 = 40(6) - 80(6)
which equals -240 lb*ft, which is the moment the thrust bearing must counteract.
So the Thrust Bearing has a moment of (+) 240lb*ft
