I just stumbled upon your video, after 2 years of uploading. 🙄 Your videos is informative and to the point, which I like. I am also from Kolkata. Now, regarding your perception about 'Crash Guard' for scooty, I must say, it is not right. I am telling this from my own first hand experience. Once, near Tollygunge Korunamoyee bridge, I slipped on the road due to some oil and rain water mixture and landed heavily. Nothing happened to my scooty, only some minor scratches. The steel guard took all the beating. Problem is, if you attach low quality guards, it will be of no use. But if you attach heavy duty guards, it will definitely guard your scooty if it falls on its side. I have Hero Maestro Edge bs3 which I bought on November 2017 and now it is of 6+ years of age and ran nearly 40,000km and still running very well... yes, I have replaced tyres and etc. But it is giving around 40km/ltr (I tuned it by myself 😊). I bought the crash guard from the showroom where I bought my scooty and attached it at the time of delivery. It helped a lot. So, it will be wise to attach the crash guard. Ye gari ka look kharab nehi karega... agar nehi lagaoge to gari ko look kharab ho jaiga agar gir gaye to. 🙂

Loved the set up, thanks for sharing. 2 questions i have for you.
1. Its a well known fact that the suspension of Ntorq is on the stiff side. Have you done any mods to the suspension to make it soft.
2. Did you fix a separate switch for the additional fog lamps, if yes please share some details around the same.
1. Ntorq suspension is stiff. But if you are going on a long ride, you can decrease the amount of hydraulic oil of the front forks and get it soft. You can ask the service guys to do it. But nothing can be done with the back suspension I believe.
2. There is a separate switch for the fog lamps that needs to get connected with the left of a clamp. You can place it below the right side of your scooty's handel.

Why have you installed fog light assembly at mirror position? when it 'll on it's ray directly will fall on opposite side's rider, it is so painful to that rider, so I suggest you to install it at lower level which will not create any problem to others.
We understand . We make sure the fog lights are only on when there are no vehicles comming from the opposite . And moreover they are angled downwards. So they won't hit eyes directly.

There is a bottle holder with the bag itself yes. And I usually keep water bottles in the front box of the scooty. It stays firm there
