Learning Elemental Shaman in Algeth'ar Academy M+10 (Tyrannical, Incorporeal, Spiteful)

Literally my second or third key as Elemental shaman. Absolutely no idea what's going on yet but decided to give it a shot since Enhance is looking kind of sketchy right now so gotta have options going into The War Within. So far I like it a lot, very different from the last time I played it!
Any tips, tricks and suggestions on how to improve are more than welcome!
