Somewhere between an Instagram influencer and an Avon lady. So boring.
A lot of psychologists blame disorders on trauma, I'm pretty sure it's the other way around, those with disorders can't cope with the ordinary ins and outs of life and experience trauma because of it. I have ADHD and it has had a profoundly negative impact on my life.
Huge Real Talk fan here but the decision to have Sophie Trudeau on to promote her book and spew her misinformed advice was a poor one...low point this year for Real Talk.

I was diagnosed with adhd in the early 70’s
My daughter has one of the most severe adhd that any doctor has even seen
My grandson has adhd I knew he had it since he was about 5 years old I knew he had it
I know what real adhd is
ADHD can be a gift when managed properly. Too many people use it as an excuse for poor coping skills. You can’t medicate away the ADHD. They can help but self awareness is the key. I speak from experience (3 generations.)
