Dance conventions are often like this because they have different classes like "10-12" year olds but 10 year olds have way less skill level then 12 year olds. Also some people are farther ahead in dancing so conventions like this are just hard because you are never in with the right group.

Chloe was always one of my favorites on the show, now if I was the actual teacher I would never treat any of the kids differently I never did when I was working with kids its just so messed up.
She has a such an amazing body and beautiful hair I hope that she never feels insecurity when it comes to her outward appearance as most young women do. I may not know her personally, but she has a really calm and loving spirit. Truly an amazing woman.

Maddie is not a great dancer. She’s a great PERFORMER. If you take away the face, the name, and the opportunities she was handed, she’d be just another competitor. Chloe’s the dancer; gorgeous legs and feet, incredible lines, strength, energy. But she was never given good choreography or a fair shot. Notice how both times Abby wasn’t in charge (Joffrey and Lux), Chloe was the first choice, not Maddie. Chloe got the ballet scholarship, not Maddie Maddie got Contemporary because that’s more to do with performance, not technique.
In my opinion she had the most potential it’s just that she didn’t get as much attention as Maddie but I feel like if she did she would have hands done been the best dancer there
Cloe was amazing the class was a mess though with timing and everybody being too close some did not seem to know choreography some didn't raise leg high enough some sickled feet they need to be pointed more and knees were bent on some girls they needed more energy other than that some girls wore pretty costumes
