I done nothing to her. I just have minimal contact. I hate to feel that way but I have no choice. The same happened to me a long time ago from a coworker I had in the Navy. This person made me feel like I did something to him but I did nothing but yet to him I was the bad guy and he was the victim. I nearly had a nervous breakdown because of the stress I was under when he was picking at me, yelling at me and he threatened me when I reported it. It was like you can’t really defend yourself to these type of people reasonably because they will twist things and say you’re the crazy or the bad one. Another thing they will throw the past in your face. I’m not perfect. I made mistakes when I was younger. I’m 58 now. I learned. But I can say I never intentionally want to cause anyone pain.

Blood isn’t always thicker than water unfortunately. I hope you find peace soon and hope for your sake that relative of yours learns the error of his ways and make amends with you. Also, he should know better than to berate and put you down like that. Sorry you had to contend with that. We have to deal w/ other ppl using logic and reason, not bullying tactics & throwing hissy fits. Sounds like he just fights fire with more fire instead of water.

All she wants to do is see me torn apart and take advantage of me. She has no composure whatsoever, she acts like such a tomboy, and you can't tell her anything cuz she's a know-it-all. My mother is an older head, and believes older folks deserves more respect than they’re willing to give, which isn’t fair!! I strongly believe ,that respect has to be earned no matter the label of thus person that is in your life!! In my opinion no human is more human than another human, it doesn’t matter the age of that human!! We all come from similar hurt and struggles!! PEOPLE are just TOO entitled!!! The holy Bible really has these older adults thinking, that their more human , than younger people!! That is why I don’t believe in the Bible and I don’t read the Bible books!!

I think about my dear Kitty, and I would do anything to make her feel safe with me. Think about that, I can do that for an “animal” that I am not “related” to. Anyone in your family who is treating you less than that and is not actively working to correct it and support your recovery, is not real “family.” They know exactly what they are doing and they don’t give a. Damn. You have a right to peace and to have only people who treat you with love in your life. Maybe others are willing to accept less, but true love and peace is possible. I would go for that and nothing less.

If you a minor living with your parents, continue to let them care for your needs as they should, but also remember that how you are being treated is not because you deserve it. Check out the Sara and the Adventures of Solomon books. Your local library could have a copy, and there are also ways to listen online. Those could be helpful to you in empowering yourself to learn from your feelings and feel capable to have a good life. Those are some of my favorite books even as an adult. And now I'm trying to fight this case. I won't take any plea deals or probation or anything. I was the victim. I just hope my lawyer and God will help me out. She's been all in her feelings because I'm doing better in life and I'm doing good.
