Hallo liebe Steffi, ich kenne die Handgriffe - wir haben auch einen großen Garten und das absolut erfüllende Gefühl der Dankbarkeit.❤ Auch wenn es nach viel Arbeit aussieht, die Ernte und vorallem Arbeit nenne ich für mich Meditation. Das Wort Arbeit hat so eine Schwere in sich.
Bei den Äpfeln für den Muß hast du sehr viel um das Gehäuse herum von den schönen Äpfelchen weggeschnitten. Das ist gerade sehr gesund und zerfällt beim Pürieren, dass merkt man nicht mehr. Herzliche Grüße aus Südbrandenburg von Doreen
