Very nicely explained sir..I feel that eGFR as child is pediatric 4 yrs and we have k-0.55 55 given is more appropriate...instead of generalized 0.413 which is skewed towards neonates

Sir, in medicine explanation the k value for Schwartz formula was explained as 0.55 .... which to follow
