Recycle is going on wrong way. people don't recycle bcs "bad smell, maggots and messes", as far as the garbage is messy and odorus, recycle don;t work, 45%-50% residential garbage is organic, it is the most recyclable part, just check out "allcanfresh" recycle system. It does work, nice and clean
