Vert technically has a older.one in the MSX platform a hardware standard for PCs in Japan by ASCII and Microsoft Japan it even had a custom build of MS-DOS. Basically a ton of hit console titles started on this open Microsoft platform and moved to Famicom and SG-1000. The CD-I was even developed by Phillips working with putting out some MSX2 computers in through there tech labs arm.
P-ko is the PC-engine also known as the Turbographix 16 . Her processor units are based on the various consoles produced in that line

I actually cried the first time I saw this little reunion. I love how Uni tries so hard just to impress Noire, but in the end, just awww.
Miriam Cervantes that's because of how Niore treats Uni. She doesn't let her go on quests with her. (Overprotective) she also tries to motivate her but that just makes Uni sad. It's all because Noire is shy with her feelings. But Uni knows that Noire loves her very much.

Its heartwarming to see the sisters hug after they thought they were dead . But it's even more heartbreaking an warming seeing vert all alone and sad an nepgear flying to give her a big hug I cried like a baby with my friends who have never seen this until yesterday.......I still say they could have made her a sister instead of her living alone like that

Poor vert , she doesn’t have any siblings to depend on that got me crying more harder , since she was born as the only child I feel like it’s more harder for her not able to depend on someone that is older / younger then her-
1:32 This is how you know Vert is truly a gentle soul, instead of feeling jelousy or spite she feels happy at the sight of the reunion despite the sadness and loneliness obviously tearing her up. One of the main reasons why Vert is one of my all time favourite characters.
This part makes me cry
Vert wants a sibling so badly, and yet she has Chika, who basically wants to be treated as Vert's sibling, but Vert doesn't pay that much attention to her. Chika does exist in this show's canon as well because she shows up alongside Mina and Kei during the ending credits.
I think she wants a sister who can one day become a CPU goddess because it's lonely she wouldn't be able to transform because chika can't

The matter of Vert not having a sister/CPU candidate is so sad that IF and Compa decided to make Leanbox's oracle in Mk2 an obssessive younger sister to compensate.

The 4 Goddesses was born from the power of the Original Goddess. The candidates were born from Share Energy their country had. So technically, Vert, Neptune, Blanc, and Noire are sisters.

In the Super and Hyperdimension, like I said, the CPU's were born from the Original Goddess or the former pantheon (such as Uranus and the three other unknown goddesses). They did not started as infants when they first emerged, but they materialized as their original CPU forms (Purple Heart, Black Heart, etc.) in Celestia, then as they matured, began to develop their own personalities, hence they learned how to change into their human forms (Neptune, Noire, Vert, and Blanc). It was then they had their memories prior reset, as they descended unto their respective lands.
