Great idea, I need to try this. I seem to waste so many herbs. The basil plant I just got from the supermarket had lots of microscopic white insects on the leaves (aphids maybe?). Do you know what to do about that?
Buy a bug spray, something like Bug Clear Ultra or Provanto Insect Spray. Make sure you spray the under side of the leaves as well. After 1 week, the plant should be clear. Make sure you wash the leaves thoroughly before cooking.

For how many weeks can I used the frozen herbs? I will try to do that thanks!!!!
Good for 12 weeks but I've used them after 6 months and they are still great.
