Hi, do you have any eyeshadow recommendations for light olive skin tones? Eyeshadows that look good on other people don’t look the same on me.

Hello, I have the same skin color and I find cold colors work best on me, such as violet, dark red, blue and pink but neutral colors also work great. Try finding a pallet that has brown, blue, gray, peach, pink that have mostly a blue tone (cold tone) and start experimenting with that. Also, stay away from pastel colors.

I have a light olive neutral skin tone with hazel eyes (brown and olive green) and pinks, bronze brown, brick red, raisin (brown, red, hint of purple) look best on me. A lot depends on your eye color too! I like a natural look that makes the green in my eyes come out, so reds and pinks work best for that.

Also a lot depends on if you’re a warm, neutral, or cool tone! Like I’m neutral with smokey tones so muted or dusty colors make me look more alive (like sage green, terracotta, amethyst) but bright and jewel tones make me look sick. I’d be a smokey fall. The other reply is maybe a cool summer or cool fall? Look up color analysis!
