    I am sorry, but roll oats raises you sugar, they are also heavenly sprayed, barley another heavy starch.

      @PureNutrition101  Před 15 dny

      Thank you for sharing your concerns. Rolled oats do have a moderate impact on blood sugar, but they are generally a healthier choice compared to heavily processed cereals. It's important to choose whole grains like oats in moderation and be mindful of portion sizes. Regarding barley, while it is a starchy grain, it also provides valuable nutrients and fiber. As with any food, balance and moderation are key to a healthy diet."

      "Pea protein can be an excellent alternative to meat for building muscle. It's rich in essential amino acids needed for muscle repair and growth. Have you tried incorporating pea protein into your diet, and if so, have you noticed any improvements in muscle strength or overall health?"

    Hi, I was shocked to hear these veggies. Because of their potassium content. Too many greens are high in potassium in veggies are not good for CKD renal patients. Flax seeds have cyanide
    I read so is it healthy stuff? To find an organic flax seed is essential, I think.
    I've found you recently and love your podcast.
    Thank you for this informative video.
    didn't know we have to lower protein. I use turkey mince meat with some veggies & cook together to make a dish.
    Are soybeans safe?
    Thank you
    We saw a famous Kidney Doktoc 7 years ago in London, he said to eat only meat & rice... avoid potassium load veggies😅😅😅 Just opposite of other advice from CZcams Renal patient, health advice.
    Where did you get this information for us ple?
    Are you a doctor?
    Thank you for your post.
    Metformin is it Renal Patient Safe?
    Our doctors stopped taking metformin thinking may harm kidneys after 20 years.
    So shall we stop eating red meat? my husband was vegan but lost so much muscle & iron so began to eat red meat once a week or 10 days a once. On rest days cook him with turkey mince meat fresh green beans meal or I cook aubergine with turkey meat.
    I get the seeds off because of the lectin problem😅. Pls keep on making videos like this.
    God Bless you for helping people in need🙏🙏🙏
    Thank you for everything.
    Love from London💙🙏✨💫

      Some of your videos are opposite to some doctors ,many foods are high in oxalate and potassium that is bad for kidney ,so don't make videos without the proper research or consult from doctors and dieticians,because your harming the health of others.

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  Před 15 dny

      Thank you for your thoughtful comment and questions! You're right to be cautious about potassium in vegetables for CKD patients. Flax seeds do contain cyanide, but in very small amounts that are safe for consumption. Organic flax seeds are a good choice. Soybeans can be safe in moderation for CKD patients, but it's important to monitor potassium intake. As for metformin, it's generally considered safe for renal patients, but it's essential to follow your doctor's guidance. Red meat can be enjoyed occasionally, but leaner options like turkey are often better. I'm not a doctor, but I gather information from credible sources to share with you. Keep tuning in for more helpful videos! Take care!"

      Spinach is high in oxalate.Beware of this video because its misleading

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  Před 15 dny

      Actually, spinach and red cabbage are considered to be high in oxalic acid. This can potentially contribute to kidney stone formation in some individuals who are susceptible. It's recommended to moderate consumption of these foods if you have concerns about oxalate levels in your diet. Always consult with a healthcare provider or a registered dietitian for personalized dietary advice based on your health needs.

    Is AI joker sounds very ignorant Dr gundry says there's nothing good and Oates and this guy says start your day with them

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  Před 15 dny

      It's important to consider different perspectives on nutrition and health, as recommendations can vary widely among experts. While Dr. Gundry may have concerns about certain aspects of oats, many health professionals advocate for whole grains like oats as part of a balanced diet due to their fiber content and potential benefits. Individual health needs and responses to specific foods can vary, so it's advisable to discuss dietary choices with a healthcare provider who understands your unique health circumstances.

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  Před 15 dny

      Thank you for your comment. In the context of managing kidney health, focusing on foods lower in potassium and moderating protein intake is indeed crucial. High potassium foods can pose challenges for kidney function, and excessive protein intake may strain the kidneys. It's important to tailor dietary choices to individual health needs and consult healthcare professionals for personalized advice.
