I wish people would pick up their rubbish before leaving. Such a beautiful city doesn't deserve to be dumped on. I see it more and more lately.... As for the monuments, so much remains but so little survived. It really does make me sad, I just want to cry, and I found out the other day that they are going to pull down some Roman bricks a long a wall in the Forum to make way for better veiwing for tourists. I think it's bloody outrageous myself!! Thanks for the walkabout!!
The real great beauties of Rome are still under 10-15 metres of earth, who knows, maybe one day it will be valued as much as it deserves. greetings. 😉👋
😢👏👏👏👏🙏
Grazie a te amico per mostrarci sempre posti meravigliosi e unici che solo ROMA ci può regalare
Grazie Franco, per me è un piacere. 😉👌
LA FLAME 🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🔥
Yes, it is a very hot area. 🌞
@@RomanoImperoTvutopia is a fire place
Best video of the Circus Maximus, ever!
Thanks too kind. 😌🙂
Teletransportación...😂 lindo trabajo, gracias 🙏
😄 Gracias Andantota
Once again Romano Impero thank you for your beautiful video. When you said that the Circus Maximus was huge, I didn't realize that the length extended right up to the houses that you videoed at the end. Wow!!! The Circus certainly was gigantic. I had no idea of its enormity!!! Thank you for pointing that out. The captions are greatly appreciated!!!! Mille grazie!!
Hi Catherine, I have to thank you for your interest in following the channel. 🙂 In the link below you can find the exact length of the circus maximus, regards. 👋www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1msebjQaSB1IK2tc9-zaeWwuR2XY&msa=0&ll=41.88671390675443%2C12.48509644296555&z=17
@@RomanoImperoTv Thank you for this information too. Greatly appreciate your time in preparing this. Mille grazie!!!
Awesome! Piece of history! They ought to rebuild it!
Yes, it would be truly splendid, maybe even just a part to give the idea of its original majesty. Thank you D Brown. 🙂👍
The original circuit is buried 10 meters below. The last race took place in 549n
Welcome Andreas 🙂👋
@@RomanoImperoTv hi I like Rome 🥰
And under 10 meters of earth you should even be able to see the tracks of the wheels
@@RomanoImperoTv You are doing a great job keep it up 👍😊
Thanks Andreas you are very kind. 🙂👍
I am guessing that about 5 meters under the sloped sides there are ruins of the circus, and a burier Roman road underneath the modern road on both sides.
It is probable, the levels of today's road are very high compared to the original road.
What is that archway at the end?...
You can see it later in the video, they are part of the shops that surrounded the perimeter of the circus. 👍
Fantastic, thanks 👍@@RomanoImperoTv
Bro, no offense but you spent all this time getting good footage of Circus Maximus and you walk by a bunch of kids playing a ancient sport and you turn your cameras away?😂 Why in the love of God would you do that. We were just about to witness a old sport that was played there, u had your camera on the players and u turned your camera and walked away. Rookie move.😂😂😂
Hi, no offence taken. When there are children, if I can, I prefer not to film them to respect privacy at least towards minors. Greetings. 🙂
@@RomanoImperoTv Agreed. Sorry to bother you and great work.
