Feel like the Bronco could’ve used at least an auto wash before install 😂
Dude I got to the shop and asked where a wash was and they were just like nah lets just get it done!
Pfffft, you can't "Wash" a Bronco.
Looking good! Great install video. Definitely more professional than my at home garage installs! They didn't even use a toilet bucket to prop things up....
So glad you found a local shop to work with. Your bronco looks even better in person. I got a good look at it at the pot luck.
Thanks so much man! It was freakin awesome to see you again and meet the fam as well! Drive safe brother
Came across your page for your Tac. Trucks gone for a while now and here I am still watching your new videos. Love it brother
That’s so awesome, glad you’re still around!
My 22 Wildtrack got misfired, and ready to get lemon. Hopefully, yours will last longer
That's a nice setup. Def on the wish list. We tow a trailer for overlanding and the rear squat is REAL. For sure need to upgrade the suspension.
Dude it is so good! The adjustable compression should be good for towing since you can stiffen it up. I am towing in a couple of weeks and I will let you know then.
Oh, sweet. Yeah, very curious to see how the adjustment works for towing. And towing a camping trailer?? 👀
@VictorVlogsPDX haha yeah but it’s just on loan
@@OFFTHEGRIND oh snap. Still, that's cool. Can't wait to see the video on that! I have a ton of questions about it, but I'll wait for the vid. LOL
Looking good! 👍🏻
Thanks 👍
Man that thing looks freaking amazing!!!!
Thanks!
I just recently got my dream '23 SAS Badlands and looking at replacement rock sliders. You have a link for the ones you use? I've been interested in finding something similar. Thanks!
As I’ve mention in one of your other videos, i absolutely loved the MRR Dobinsons on my old 5th gen 4Runner, but I am disappointed the Bronco version only offers 2.5” of lift as opposed to the 3”+ on other brands. Are these considered extended travel? The ones on my 4Runner were.
I got 3" in the front end and 2.5" in the rear. And the preload is adjustable. Yes they are extended travel, but not to mid length travel specs. You do get a big more out of them though.
I personally recommend staying away from that kind of lift on the Bronco platform which is why not many companies are making 3+" coilover lift kits. We are already lifted more than Toyota from the factory on 35's. 3+" more causes issues long term with angles. Dobinson's is a good kit for the daily driver/weekend off-roader which is most of us. Stoked to see them come out with a kit finally. (Side note to Off the Grind): Your brackets were installed over a muddy frame, I'd go back and loosen those brackets up and rinse out that muck that got trapped. It's rust waiting to happen up there. Good stuff dude, let us know what ya thing of the kit. Time for some jumps to test out the rebound!
@@OFFTHEGRIND good to hear, they market it as only 2.5” is why I was concerned. I had a good chat with them at Overland Expo West and they told 2.5” there as well. I am using RCV axles and am not worried about angles at 3” over Sasquatch, but I could see why some people may not feel comfortable doing that with stock axles. If they are as good as their Toyota version, they are definitely worth considering for people looking for an upgrade.
@@popo_patty I’m already at 3” over Sasquatch with the Radflos and with the RCVs, I’m comfortable with that. My 2018 4Runner had 3” with the Dobinsons and 34s and did great in Moab, Ouray, and tons of east coast/midwest trails. Lots of Toyota folks running with 3” coil over lifts out there
@@BirdDogOffRoadAdventures I had issues with the IMS setting ride height too so I’m not sure how dobinsons gets there ride height. I set the IMS to where they said and it gave me 5” of lift. Then the MRR is more in the front as well. They got the back spot on with what’s advertised, but the front needs some work
Shoulda washed that thing at least man 😂😂
Wont be off the grid until my Differential is good to go again. Rip
That suspension didn't test very well on other pages that tested all coilovers
Man I love them. Not sure what issues they have with them
Hallo from Slovakia, very good videos. I am your fan for a long time. If you want to arrive to our wild nature, send a massage. Good luck bro
it pains me to see new parts being installed over the muddy dirty frame..... shocked you wouldn't pressure wash the frame before doing all that....
I got to the shop and asked where a self serve wash was. They said nah let’s just do it lol
