Why I love my Fiat Abarth 500

- So I needed a new daily driver and after a whole day of research, I decided to go for an Abarth 500. Ive owned this car for a week now and this is what I think of this funky little car!
The Abarth badge has been around for over 70 years and it certainly hasn't lost its reputation for being a proper little race car. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

Ive had my 2018 Abarth for about 4 months now, to be honest the only thing i would change in the design is the seat, Its a minor annoyance, but everything else makes up for it. The forge kit is something else, i did the full upgrade, but went for the bonalume switch valve so i can shut off the hiss if i want. Also slapped on a bombardone R4 exhaust with a sport resonator to keep it road legal, and a Eco Map, it runs about 170bhp which is tons of power for a light car. And sounds like an absolute Weapon 😅
Had my 2013 NA. Abarth for a little over a month now. Loving it. Had several beetles in my younger years. Full size trucks for the last decade. Got the Abarth sight unseen off Carvana. Jumped in the 1st time. Felt like I was back in my 69. I feel like the Fiat had a good chance as an underdog, like the beetle did. But I dont think they will ever sell 500s here again.
One of the few modern cars that had the fun feel and look of a. Classic.
Cool mods, I will also tinker with mine once it's out of warranty. I have the 180bhp Comp amd it's plenty quick enough for British roads.
Good looking car. I've just bought a 695 Competizione and absolutely loving it. Got it last week and I'm already past 500 miles. Only downside is the lovely red front bumper is already peppered in stone chips, down to the white primer. Need to leave it dirty

I've never seen such a smooth rural road. My Abarth has been through some potholes in the country AND the city 😟 The only "regret" I have is buying him while still living in an area with awful roads.

I think the standard abarth is 160hp. The regular turbo one is tuned for 134 hp.

It got a rear cat delete but don't do the down pipe. It's way to loud and not practical.
