Mark I've been feeling exactly the same like something is at the end and summer has just gone quicker than ever. Just feel very down about the thought of my lil un going bk to school starting high school he has dyspraxia so really struggles, I won't be like all other mums celebrating on Tuesday as that's when my lil boy will need all the support possible. Anyhow the air does feels strange can't quite explain it. So with you Mark xxx

Mark I never got on with any antidepressants but so many people find them such a help. It's so individual and it can take time to find the right ones for you. I would give it a bit longer but don't be worried about going back to the Dr and changing it stopping them if they don't help. Thinking of you all with you bad news xx

Definitely get it cut! It looked great when you got it cut a while back. Find a picture of someone with the hair you like and take it in. A good hair dresser can make it look great.
Just been speaking to a friend of mine who is on the same antidepressants. He has been on them 9yrs. He has been to see his gp who has finally agreed to start getting him off them. No way am i going back on antidepressants. At the end of the day the things that have happened to make me depressed are not going to go away. I will talk myself out of this the same way i did when i had post natal depression. Talking really helps me.

Mark, i would take the New York photo with you for the haircut. I like it short and I think it will suit the new you with the weight loss. Also it will be nice a bit shorter for your holiday if it is hot where you are going. Xx
mark i am hairdresser , have a (classic fade ) or a low fade ... would suit you !! or ask the hairdresser for a modern style that would suit you as depends on the texture of you hair , and whether you have any cowlicks and if so how many etc ...or better still take in a photo of a hair style u like , that is what most people do today , your stylist will give you a consultation and advice you !!
Short back and sides but not razored. Retain a reasonable length on top. You are lucky you’ve plenty and no signs of receding. Good boost to go for a haircut when feeling flat. So treat yourself to some self pampering time in the barbers chair. You will feel better. A friend of mine always does a haircut when he is feeling down.
MARK HAIR CUT! GRADE 3 SIDES & BACK BLENDED WITH LONGER FLOPPY TOP & FRONT. Have the photo on your Phone to show barber Visual is best option Don't go shorter than a grade 3. Been through working out the Grade to request with my 17 Year old Son! Never tooooooooOld for this Style! New hair image will give you A lift! Better to go where the younger Ones go as they are better at Latest cutting trends. Go on....be a devil!!!! Go for it!!!!🙂

Haircut- Get a grade 1 on the back and sides. And then a combover onto. So just enough to have it combed over on top!

mark i am hairdresser , have a (classic fade ) or a low fade ... would suit you !! or ask the hairdresser for a modern style that would suit you as depends on the texture of you hair , and whether you have any cowlicks and if so how many etc ...or better still take in a photo of a hair style u like , that is what most people do today , your stylist will give you a consultation and advice you !!

Short back and sides but not razored. Retain a reasonable length on top. You are lucky you’ve plenty and no signs of receding. Good boost to go for a haircut when feeling flat. So treat yourself to some self pampering time in the barbers chair. You will feel better. A friend of mine always does a haircut when he is feeling down.
