    Absolutely awesome. I picked up my 4 door Badlands in January, and have been hitting the trails here in SoCal, learning from my buddy who's been wheeling for decades. The Bronco never ceases to amaze me with how capable it is, while still looking sharp on the streets.

    Maybe Pritchett has gotten worse over time... I ran it 23 years ago in a Land Rover Discovery (gen one) on 32" tires, which were the biggest tires I could fit under that rig. It took all darn day to get through it with no body damage. I made good use of my Ramsey winch at 3 different obstacles, that's for sure! Also, I had Truetracs in both diffs.
    I now drive a 2022 Bronco Black Diamond with 35s and rear locker only. Don't think I'm in a rush to sacrifice it to Pritchett Canyon just yet. Lol

  • @wat3rdog25
    @wat3rdog25 Před 2 lety +1

    Awesome driving. Now I really see a need for some plastic affordable fenders that can be popped back out after a little trail action and maybe an affordable dot replaceable tail light for trail carnage that don’t break bank like an oem

      @blackgenesis7472 Před 2 lety

      Just have a box with you with dibble wrap to throw light in while on the trail, pop them back on when done.
      You dont need fenders to drive to the trail. Maybe some states will require flared over the wheels....

    I would unironically buy a Bronco that is equipped exactly like that (except 2dr) with 3-4 sets of mismatched nick, dent, and scratch (NDS) body panel sets for a couple grand less than sticker. Trash a panel, throw another one on. They make that easy on the new Bronco too.

    I just watched the guys from Dirt Every Day tackle this place in a Chevy Tracker. It wasn't easy, it didn't work great, they busted the front diff (always happens on those), but it made it and it was pretty cool. Point? Eh I can't remember if I had one, but I think the point is that sorta busted stuff is a lot more fun than shiny new stuff you don't want to bust.
    Edit: Can you tell Ford that they should probably move that wiring in the driver's front fender? Have seen a lot of people damage it and doesn't go well after. Also, tell them thanks for being cool enough to say yes to this fun request. Most auto makers wouldn't have and that means a lot to me that they have a sense of adventure and say "sure why not".
