  • @shibuigardenbungalows0420

Very nice, we love all your videos!
We also make the coffee liquor because we grow the coffee and distill the alcohol.
I roast the coffee we drink anyway and it's dark roast expresso roast. I like Cuban coffee too.
    That being said,
    125grams ground dark beans
    150 grams raw cane sugar
    Half liter water
I put the sugar in the first, add some boiling water ,stir, then the coffee, the remaining water and let this steep over night before dropping the plunger.
To this I add half liter 80%
    That makes 1liter 40% +- coffee liqueur
To make the Bailey's ,we also grow cocoa and I make the chocolate from that ,so I melt the chocolate with the can condensed sweet milk to make the chocolate milk
    30% the chocolate cream milk
    10% the coffee liquor
60% the full strength 65% whiskey
Anyway that's how we do it
But the way you do it makes it spectacular! We love all your videos and we have learned so much from your tutorial thank you!!

Watching this both inspired and reminded me to seek out some Irish cream. Not had any for years. I ordered some online and got two different kinds. An Irish cream and a white Irish cream alternative I have never tried before. A perfect choice for me. While slightly stronger than beer, ale or cider etc. As I age, I have chosen to avoid the hard, more expensive stuff such as Tequila, Bourbon, Scotch, Gin, Vodka etc. Just enjoy a drink for what it is. My younger daze of haze and drinking to get drunk with mates are long behind me and in the past now. Had a cold pint of black beard the other night. Thoroughly enjoyed it and promptly fell asleep.. :0) Less is most certainly more.. Well for me it is anyway. Cheers. Response to video only.

While watching video: "Nice italian accent, but is he an actual Italian?"
End of the video, frantically moving hands after tasting the drink: "Yup, definitely Italian"
Greetings and best wishes from the neighbouring handsignalers in Greece :D :P

BESIDES, WE LOVE BAILEY'S AND RELATED DRINKS. A HOME MADE RECIPE, WHEN BAILEY'S IS TOO EXPENSIVE IN MY BIRTHLAND, IS MUCH APPRECIATED 👍❤️ 😁😘

Baileys is an expensive beverage almost every where! 👀 Hence my surprise on how easy the process seems as per this demo! 😊

I make it without heating and think the alcohol keeps it all good. Didn't know about adding coffee and cocoa. Thanks spectacular friend!

I love the accent and the expressive hands. I, also, move my hands when I speak. I tried once not to and it felt very awkward, so I went back to moving my hands when I speak.
Thank you for this recipe, because my favorite coffee creamer is Bailey's Irish Cream. For the last several weeks, I have tried to find it in the grocery stores where I live and they were out; So, I had to get some of the small samples that convenience stores place out for travelers to add to their to-go coffees. Now, thanks to you, I can make my own. :D
