I mean from what I think about the theme is that this papyrus is from a fan game called Dusttale The murderous comedy which in this papyrus has a phase 2 so they should buff or rework his phase 1 moves and give him a phase 2 oh and he doesn't like run away if you win against him since he dies trying to stop you but yeah a rework a d phase 2 would be best for him

this dustbelief is weak, cuz his attacks are super avoidable, also they should give him the bone leap cuz blink is just too short, like really dustbelief in this stage literally has a worse blink than every character, his blink is never worth using cuz it ends up in you losing more stamina due to the low range. edit 1 : yes he got updated but literally he is still bad due to the new UT papyrus buff, so he is still not worth it.
new remodel and a move replacement don't make this character strong, idk how much times i killed this character on sins of the past update with killer knife with integrity/spy knife with integrity and undertale chara, he still sucks anyways
Same they nerfed my main (snowring) they also nerfed clazzic and I think old revenge was better then newer one im just mad abt snow ring it has a global CD now

I think the problem was the silly run animation made his bones go into the sky instead of on the ground but yeah I miss it too
