Aerial refueling is one of my most suggested features, but never in a million years would I expect to see it come in this update
PTFS is starting to feel like a different game.
BUT IT WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL EVERY PLANE HAS OVERHEAD PANELS AND RUDDER PEDALS
and gear animations.

The animated cockpits in fighter jets are soo cool! Just click it, I literally discovered this feature thanks to my friend
You gotta say that this is probably one of if not the biggest update ever…
I was not expecting to see tankers or opening canopies 😳
The Sr-71 had an openable canopy and planes were able to be refueled using an-225 with a bunch of fuel trucks inside, but get your point and still is a huge update.

people say "if they can add all this animated stuff why can't they add animated landing gear?" well I'll tell you exactly why: ptfs is an OLD game, Roblox has updated a lot since some of the earlier models. And consequently from one of these updates all of Roblox's unions changed so all planes are impossible to add new features to, including certain airliners, old & new military planes, light aircraft, amphibious aircraft and cargo aircraft (I believe). This is also why adding new liveries isn't going to happen any time soon, orange has to remodel all of the airliners/cargo aircraft that have old unions.
Another Reason is that: ptfs wasn't made for that. Almost all the aircraft's landing gears wouldn't work without a landing gear remodel, no metal to cover them up, too unrealistic, too short of metal to cover it up.
Yet Another reason is: complication, landing gear mechanisms are actually quite complex, and stuff that could possibly not be added due to the many moving parts and sync lag.
not disagreeing but they added flaps and remade all of the liveries and cockpits, and in this update they remodelled the canopies. its prob not worth it to add animations but it may be possible
@@Wes220 respect your opinion but the flaps and livery remakes were a while a go, the canopies were only done with recent ones without broken unions.
yea but if they could fit flaps, tilted gear, new cockpits, etc into planes over 3 years ago that just shows what they can do today especially with all of the old and outdated planes being fully rebuilt, but yea its probably not worth the time and effort

Notice how the fa/18s had a higher angle of attack than the c130? This is because the wings of a fighter jet do not create as much lift, therefore needing a higher angle of attack to create the same amount of lift as the c130.

This was a great update, i hope they remodle the B-757 old liveries and also remodel the MD-11 with old liveries
I think for the next update they should add more cargo livery’s. I really want to see more cargo livery’s like a KLM cargo livery an Air France cargo livery, a prime air livery etcetera. and also I think they should add some more livery’s for passenger planes.
I REALY wish they added the C17 Globemaster!!!!

I love everything ptfs does like I feel like whatever the community wants the owner makes its just amazing plus for the tankers when you press m it deploys drogues which slows you down idk if they work yet but for the c130 variant of the tankers you just have to be near it and you lose fuel while refueling as expected

Hi Wes the a330 tanker mrtt is from Singapore because I live in Singapore and is a new tanker to replace our kc130 so ur wondering wat were u sleeping on is beds to let injured soilders to sleep on hope this help:)

A pet peave of mine with the new tankers is that 1, the KC-767 and A330MRTT should be based on the 767-200 and A330-200 (at least change the engines) and 2, why not just name the KC-767 the KC-46, Japan is the only operator and if I remember correctly, it uses a USAF livery in game
