    Rubber Brayer (optional)
    Steps
    1. Squirt tempera paint onto the pan (2-3 colors)
    2. Use the brayer to smooth it out
    3. Use your fingers or Spatula to draw into the paint and make patterns or a picture
    4. Place a paper over the top and lightly press it down
    5. Take it off and let it dry
    6. Make 4-5 prints
    7. Make a collage out of the monoprints (optional)
    Adaptions
If you are doing this with a large group of children, you can have them make prints one at a
time or they could make them on a plate if you don’t have enough sheet pans
    Extensions
Cut out a silhouette or shape and place it on the paint before you put your paper down. The
shape you put down first will be the color of the paper.
Cut out the shape of an animals head out of one monoprint, its eyes out of another, its nose out of another and glue them together.
