aww karla don’t give up on cooking steak! was your temp high when cooking? maybe wait until it browns on the outside and reduce heat and cover with a lid. practice makes perfect👌🏾 but the food ended up looking great. and the vlog was great as usual ofc ❤

Karla, noooo! Don't be afraid to grill steak. What you need is a meat thermometer, that way you can safely make sure your meat is cooked to a safe temp even if you question the color. Once you cook a good steak the first time, you're gonna be obsessed with doing it over and over again. Trust me. I know exactly what you're going through! 😅🩷

Having it on high heat was definitely where I went wrong hahahah😭😭
@@KarlaEspinosa also putting the lid on the pan helps to keep the heat so it's cook in the inside before it gets dry on the outside. Same rule works for chicken if you want it to be tender inside.
