    Ohhhhhhhhhhh Michael!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    This looks wonderful, although I have to agree with below & would redesign the kitchen. But that's a minor inconvenience.
    Questions;
    Is there fishing on the river & if so than what fish?
    Does the property include ownership of the foreshore of the river?
    If yes, then could one build a boathouse & dock?

    This is my thought, the kitchen whomever designed it is not a cook nor the person who has to clean up after someone cooks. From the pictures it looks like the stove top is within inches of the sink while the dishwasher and oven are almost on the over side of the room. You have to cart dirty dishes over to the dishwasher, while no counter room to drain your hand washed dishes. Walk to the over side of room with either the oven temp roasting pan to the stove to baste your lovely Cornish hens or bring a hot sauce pan across to the oven and if you have small children or possibly small dogs running under foot this idea is terribly dangerous. Beyond that we all know this house is very near prefect. Just thinking, that a lot of care and money was put into this house, why not reconfigure the kitchen. Thank you for sharing this amazing property.

    Gorgeous place. How many times did you pull up in the rover before it looked good?
