I don't hate it, but man it should've had some parts, at least some gas cans or cargo on the side and stuff on the roof, maybe some window curtain options, some bumpers with brush guards and other stuff would've been nice, and interior mods as well, I guess it still makes a good RP or trolling vehicle in the end

For 600k there could be much more upgrades to make it unique, a roof rack with different options like a overland build, definitely interior upgrades like a RV and other options like bike racks for the roof and rear.
I would have been happy if you could just get in the back by yourself to use it like an actuall rv

Great customizations as always, But R* took the easy way out. Most of these cars seem pretty lazy to me.

Worse than lazy, incompetent, try adding a livery to the new Annis Nissan after you add Imani Tech armor to it. LMAO. Liveries are now useless for it. There is no QA at all. RockS does not believe in testing their game.
@@mojojojo3297 QA has absolutely gone out the window. Probably because GTA6 is on its way but still unacceptable. I can’t even enter the new freakshow warehouse without black screening that’s something that should have been caught immediately.

When R* gave us the Youga Classic 4x4 with the modifiable interior with the bed and tv and all that, I started getting some hope for the future as far as campers go... this was their opportunity to do something cool in the camper space, and I see they blew it. Oh well, maybe GTAVI will have some cool campers and RV's in it. Seems like a very Florida thing to have.

Pretty disappointed with this one and the BF Surfer Custom. I don't understand why they didn't add customizations for the interior, I think it was what we all wanted and expected :/

The damaged plate and wheels give it a bit of history without making it look absolutely knackered. I quite like that. ^^
It's not damaged. They simply didn't run the texturing and modelling through proper QC. Which is galling given the minimal work put into this vehicle.
@@vinesauceobscurities Oh don’t get me wrong, R* has been monumentally (and characteristically) lazy with the new cars, but those little things work in this instance.
I'm not complaining about the lack of parts in customization. I'm really happy that we have a clean journey that is customizable and I've always wanted to customize the journey but never could.

Also I wanted to ask you if you would ever do customizations for forza horizon 5 again. I know that game doesn't have a ton of visual customization but it was just so much fun watching your forza videos since I don't have an Xbox. But yeah they were so entertaining that I find myself rewatching all your old forza videos every couple months 😂
This had a lot of potential! It'd be cool to have like a little mobile property you could drive around! Yeah, the youga classic 4x4 stuff in the back would have been sick! Kinda makes me wish we had more camper Vans! 😆😅👍🏻
What would’ve been great for the rv is a couch and a tv on the inside that actually worked. Maybe a table with beer or an ashtray on it.
There's a van you can drive into benny's and that has so many options but they were just lazy with this one. Still kinda cool tho.
Glad they added they BF custom, but I think the reason why it’s not a Bennys car is because they were to lazy to make any interior customization which is a huge part of the real car, they just labeled it as custom and added exterior parts, which is still cool tbh just not the full piece of the puzzle

Bullbars, front grilles, bumpers, sunvisors, ladders, roof racks, luggage, spare wheels, jerry cans, mirrors, covered/removed windows, antennas/satellite dishes... There was so many possibilities but they chose laziness to fill a vehicle space for the update.
I like having it, but it needs more. It could of been one of the coolest vehicles in the update.

Some options are randomized which I think is weird. You can buy a Journey with opened or closed curtains, with a ladder in the back or without it. This means you’ll have to buy it all over again if you want a certain combination. They should’ve added those options to LS Customs.

@@Pix2008L brother, $50,000 should be considered cheap, but it isn’t because the in game economy is so fucked. So while by the game’s standards it’s “cheap”, it’s still absolutely worthless. Pretty much no customisation, reused models, and details they couldn’t be arsed to change (license plate and wheels) because it’s a scam.
I guarantee if this vehicle had all the things you’d expect they’d price it higher too because “more work went into making it”. When all they ever do is just kitbash pre-existing models.
There’s no excuse for this laziness, not from a company that has made between $10-16 billion from GTA Online since release.

@@foodistzen yes, I do. I do some myself as a hobby cause I’m an artist and I’m learning stuff about 3D because it’s interesting to me. And I know that paid professionals with infinite resources and a huge development staff can indeed pull off a few bumpers and interiors in the time span of a couple months.
There’s no excuse at this level with this huge of a budget. Modelling is the easiest part of it all, rigging, coding to establish collisions, physics, all of that takes more time. Which they always cut corners with because they copy/paste most of it (which is normal in any art medium, it just saves time naturally and makes a large chunk of work pre-configured) which only makes the outcome less acceptable.
Luckily this is this weeks casino wheel spin car. I just got it and customized it. Great video!
To be honest this and the bf surfer should have been Benny's but these two vehicles are known for having extremely custom interiors.
Next update the zirconian will be able to fly and have a explosive cannon equipped (optional)
Bought it and sold it 10 minutes later, should have waited for your video this morning.
Couple things:
First off, it is still a stove in the back, not a table.
Second, you can get in the passenger side atleast by holding triangle while on the passenger side. From there you can get a much better view of the interior while in first person.
Would have been really cool if it acted as a mini safe house. We can drive it anywhere we want to have it as a spawn point.
They could have made this like the moc ,but just with apartment furniture and have us pick different lay outs

It might be a bit silly of me to say this, but I've wanted this for quite a long time. As other commenters have pointed out, I do think R* could go further with this one, like adding a more detailed interior, additional accessories and other things to make it stand out from the standard Journey. Nevertheless, I think I'll be taking my one on a scenic journey to Paleto Bay on a regular basis! The Breaking Bad inspired livery makes me wish we had more RVs though - given the vast areas of countryside, they'd fit right in.
It's funny because on the motortrend show Roadkill, they cut up a Pace Arrow motorhome, and put the Chrysler 440 big block in a 68 charger

Ugh I would loooove to be able to use the RV … as an RV 😄 wouldn’t that be sick to drive to mount Chiliad or the parks and camp roleplay style like hiking and then in the evening taking a nap in the back but nope you can’t use it 😔

Okay was not expecting for a clean version of the Journey to be a personal vehicle but I will say the rocking side to side was pretty funny to see

Nope, completed the story nothing new on this or anything else.
This dlc feels a little rushed cause I’ve had controller problems where the game itself stops recognizing the inputs but the controller itself is working perfectly fine with browsing the console itself and on other games ( Xbox series x and series s ) with a custom xbox design lab elite series 2 core and a regular controller( only fix I’ve found is to just completely restart the game but it will only work for so long before the problem starts again
Yes even my screen got stuck in the casino I was able to open interaction menu etc but was not able to move or look around.

No joke, my favorite vehicle to cruise around in GTA San Andreas on the ps2 was the news truck that looked like a camper.
This is a good place to cook in the deserts of New Mexico.

I bought the Journey II this morning, and after moving a couple of cars to different garages, I decided to park my Journey II at 4401 Procopio Dr, AKA the 6 Car Garage House in Paleto Bay. Parked in there with my Sadler, Beater Dukes, Verus, Cliffhanger and (Rusty) Surfer.
Considering the Cooking Time Livery, I HAD to make the Breaking Bad RV, it’s just…the law.
🤪😎 Now I can’t get the Breaking Bad Theme Song out of my head.
I have no space in my garages and new ones will be released who knows when, but I m still not sure if I buy this car...seems to be so useless....IDK....Good vid, DCA...It was funny...thanks

I've always been confused why the rear passenger door is in the driver's side instead of the passenger side.

Dude, you gotta do Long Haul in this puppy.
It could have definitely had a little more done with it.. maybe a habitable interior that you can sit inside of whenever you feel like just chilling AFK along with the option to unfurl the canopy above if you want to, or perhaps if you want it to look Rusty again there can be a rusty Livery along with the others but I won it off the casino wheel and I only had to pay for the upgrades so I'm not too offended by it being underwhelming
