Hi and thanks for the message Ashton uses Leatt 2.5 kids body armor, there are not many options for a 4 year old. He also uses G-form knee and arms pads (d30 padding) in XS kids size
This is awesome! I just got my almost 4yr old his 1st pedal bike after he did well on the the trail with the strider. Im anxious to get him out on some trails with the pedals and see how he does. Only took him 2 tries to ride with the pedals.
Thanks !! Balance bikes are the best, that’s how I started. I went back to Spider Mountain yesterday to practice jumps and got my first real air on a table top my dad is busy editing the footage right now 😃….new video on its way
@@AshtonMTB ive been working on jumps also. Havent been to spider yet, but RPR over by spider has a couple pretty good jump lines ive been going to. They are building some more also.

Hi, he was almost 4 years old and approx 40” tall when he started riding the Hellion X20, but I did fit shorter 100mm crank arms as the bike was too big with the stock 127mm which helped him ride it so young. Early Rider have a great age and height chart on their website for each of there bike models. Both are great bikes but the Hellion has some advantages over the Zulu. the components are higher spec adult mtb spec and more easily upgradable plus it has a SRAM DUB bottom bracket whereas the Zulu is square taper.
Just met Ashton and dad at Spider Mountain 9/23/2023. They were having a blast!

He's amazing! Do you like the Early Rider Hellion over the Prevelo Zulu? Can I ask how tall he was when he started on the Hellion?
