To a limited extent, I can judge some of the facial expressions of the people with which I interact. We know that a smile sounds different from a pout, but there are more subtle differences that can also be detected. One thing that can't be detected by sound is the position of the eye. Maybe Daredevil could do it with his radar sense, but I can't with my regular blind person hearing sense. But Matt does have an advantage over me. He became blind later, meaning he knows what expressions actually look like. I don't, which makes it hard to dudge expressions and a little hard to mimic them.
The problem I have with daredevils “sound weakness” is he can handle being a room full of gunfire. Which is way louder than most people understand. So the level of sound you would need to hurt his ears would almost certainly be too much for a normal person to handle. I know that’s not the way it’s been shown. But that’s what makes so many of these kinds of things impossible to actually judge

Almost four years now and it's still only one of two live-action fights done in the series to this day that I can recall. The Red Hood vs Winter Soldier fight was also pretty good but I still find myself coming back to this battle as I just love the choreography showcasing their respective characters' technical skill. Looking forward to the next live-action battle!
Easily one of the best live action fight scenes i've seen. It was well choreographed and shot, but felt grounded enough so that I could feel the impact of each mood. The special effects were well integrated as well fitting seamlessly into the environment. Very well done guys.

Could've, certainly. They even said as much in the round-up, that this was one of if not the closest fight they've ever done. Skill on skill they are pretty much dead even and the winner would just be whoever didn't make the first serious mistake. But it just so happens that Nightwing has the equipment and personal skill required to identify and take advantage f Daredevil's greatest weakness. And yes, Daredevil has overcome that weakness in this or that fight before but that doesn't stop it being a weakness.

Honestly the battle would have stopped the moment Nightwing said "Investigation" because both care about the law they would have teamed up when he said that. It'd be better if the script left it more vague like "I need that." or "Put that down." That is all.

From what i've seen in the comics Nightwing tends to lose more often than not when up against an opponent who is also highly trained. Where as Daredevil has stalemated a lot of the higher echelon fighters in the marvel universe. I have to give the win to Daredevil in my opinion.

Tbh I was expecting dd to win the moment the lights were turned off (in my mind this was one sided as hell in dd favor) But I feel like the fact they didn't make him seem like he has a disability was nice but dd senses are very hightend to the point were he could probably here the muscles flexing and the Brian sending electrical waves so he could dodge before and attacks hit him And dd is known to tune out sounds that are to loud for him so Dd wins by all cases

Could've, certainly. They even said as much in the round-up, that this was one of if not the closest fight they've ever done. Skill on skill they are pretty much dead even and the winner would just be whoever didn't make the first serious mistake. But it just so happens that Nightwing has the equipment and personal skill required to identify and take advantage f Daredevil's greatest weakness.
And yes, Daredevil has overcome that weakness in this or that fight before but that doesn't stop it being a weakness.

Wait a minute, take a look at 11:00. What is Daredevil reacting to? He's not reacting to seeing the gun being fired, because he's blind. Is he reacting to the movement of the finger on the trigger, or the rising heart rate of someone about to shoot? He would have more time to react in that case. Not saying it would change the result of the fight, just wanted to bring up that reaction speed is different for a blind super hero

From what i've seen in the comics Nightwing tends to lose more often than not when up against an opponent who is also highly trained. Where as Daredevil has stalemated a lot of the higher echelon fighters in the marvel universe. I have to give the win to Daredevil in my opinion.
