The second I see a teacher union care about the kids first is the day pigs fly.

Our kids deserve better than what teachers’ unions provide. They are self-serving and do not care about educating kids. These charter schools are a blessing to the students and nothing should stand in the way of parents making the decision for their children to attend. Real teachers support it. Those who oppose are not on the students’ sides.

Those are some grimy teachers' union reps.
This shows why school choice is important, it gives parents to have the final say in how their children are educated. No school choice, no recourse and accountability.

The all time Principal that ever graced Locke's campus was Dr. Garrett. She is what a principal should be. Who actually knew the school song before she came?....NOBODY. The teachers taught when she was there. Every sport team Locke had went to the playoffs. Locke had students to go into pro drafts when she was there. I was excepted into 5 out of the 6 universities I applied to. When Dr. G got to Locke I approached her with my problem of no english teacher. 1 week later I had a damn good 1.

Thats fine and i respect you desire to do so. I am just saying that most people will see you talking like that and they will judge you based on that alone.

Vote Ron Paul....teachers need freedom, accountability, and a good place teach. Students need love, understanding, and a good place to teach.
    Peace to the freedom lovers.

If you can read this, thank a teacher.
If you can't read this, thank a teacher's union.

I'm ok with private unions. As long as there are no laws requiring businesses to hire or take on contracts from that union, I am perfectly fine with uniona. What we have here are public unions feeding off of both the tax payer and the students. It's disgusting and maybe one day we'll get rid of these leeches that are sucking us dry.

"...excepted..." and "...english[sic]..." give me some reason to stop and think; even "1" is not appropriate in this context. School song? Nice sentiment, but, really, now... It is high time for America to wake up and fix the troubles which are dragging her down.
I was ACCEPTED at all of the universities to which I applied; indeed, several gave me a "full-ride" academic scholarship. I am old now, but I fear for the America which my generation leaves for my children. God save us.

Many of the teachers voted FOR green dot. Don't over generalize. Get rid of the bad ones and support the good ones. There are great teachers in hiding waiting for a Dr. Wells to come along.

You do realize that those schools have a quota to make that isn't necessarily based off a parsons grades.
Oh, and you would make a better case for yourself and you school if you didn't talk like flavor flav!
