Overall for a middle school this is put together pretty well. The tenors tuning sounds fine for middle school. However I would get mizzles for tenor sticks. They define the sound more. The current mallets y'all seem to have muffle the sound

funny story my middle school did this and I was on tenors and one time On the solo in a parade I pushed the stick too hard to try to make it in time and clean and the stick just flew out of my hand and almost hit someone
The only bass drummer I see playing is the one on bass 4 but he's not playing the girl on bass 3 is just watching the snares and tenors and getting distracted and occasionally playing and the guy on bass 1 isn't even trying to play and the girl on bass 2 is just looking at the football player running across the field
We semi how to drum line in my middle school but it was only for Christmas parade and an Orlando thingy so it wasn’t really official except for those times like we went up to Orlando to perform at Universal in middle school and we did a Christmas present those are the only two times really but we practiced a whole lot more like we were going to go to a football game
Work on the tempo that Is all I have to say, either way good job for a middle school band. I have a hard time keeping my section in HS on beat or even learn to read the music properly so props to the Percussion Leader/Band Director.

the tenors are not very tuned so you would need to tune them up a bit and use actual sticks for the tenors so it sounds louder
