My elderly parents would be attending their dropbox appointment at Mumbai vac for their B1/B2 renewal, me and all the sibling are out of India at the moment. I filled their ds-160 and booked appointment but there's no one who can help them with getting that photo done (at local studio) exactly as per specifications. So it ok if they appear at Mumbai vac without hardcopy of photos and get it done inside (heard that there is a urgent photo/xerox center on the same floor, don't if it's run by them only or some other private guy) ? we are absolutely ok with paying premium price for that. Hope they will allow them to enter the building and don't turn them back from the gate itself for not having a photo.
Seems Mumbai is Cool!! Why can't you make an academic video about your experience with Penn state? How is life in Penn state? Where you stayed and how much does it cost. Can we able to complete a master's with in 1.5 years for MSCS Program?

Are bags allowed inside VAC centre ? If no then is there any provision for keeping bags ?
Bags may not be allowed but there are lockers available near pretty much all VACs
