I think Priscilla had to leave for her own sanity, she didn’t know who she was in her own right, and now she’s achieved so much and has lived her own life, not as elvis wife, but as Priscilla, she looks and sounds a beautiful woman, sending love to her and family, she’s certainly kept elvis relavent still to this day, and that was one thing that elvis was worried, if people would still love him, and his music, in 5 yrs time, let alone 40 yrs later, she definitely deserves a lot of respect for what she’s achieved for elvis legacy, may he live on for many more yrs to come.

It's really touching after so many years from his death. I am not convinced by the speeches of the management, included Priscilla.if you notice there is no emotion,but they say almost the same words every year. I have never seen, on these events or in all Priscilla's countless interviews even after fiew months after Elvis's death, a little tear at the corner of her beautiful eyes, or I have never heard a little trembling in her voice. Rather she is completely at ease often laughs or chulks That was the responsibility of her parents who sent a teenager to live with a twenty-year-old icon of the music. In the 50s or also nowadays? What Priscilla isn't telling people when she speaks about Elvis calling her. Is Elvis got first hand she was sending letters calling Graceland to much. Its one reason why Elvis did call her when he could find the time even at 3:00 am He was really busy and his mind was on family his work. After he left Germany he went on with life spent time with people or went out with women. He only thought of Priscilla when someone mentioned she call or something. Eventually later on Elvis agreed to letting priscilla visit him again at Graceland. He was told it be good for his image. Elvis slowly became fond of Priscilla later he married her because everyone thought it was the way for him to go! the other reason he got married was because of the threats from Priscilla father! He eventually cared about Priscilla loved her but he was not in love with her! People around him only some would listen to his feelings about things. In the end what he wanted didn't matter! His feelings on getting married or things about Priscilla didn't matter either! There was a certain person he hope he one day would spend his life with that he told a lot of his deep secrets and thoughts. Elvis personal private life was not the roads he wanted to take.
