The romance with Eve feel more natural; both her and Mark just seamlessly compliment each other, including the fact that both are 'superheroes and have powers'; Mark didn't have to pretended to be someone else for her sake; Mark naturally trying to support her like he wants to be together, and she constantly trying to support him. Vs. Amber, the romance feel forced, she has a, "everything must be all about me" attitude, "either you choose me or choose to be hero, your choice, and you need me more than I need your!" *Hooray, for the tokenize race-swapping black wokeman*! In real life about 70% men would go for Eve, because unlike Amber, who looked annoyed and off-putting most of the time, Eve don't put a wall around herself; she's a very inviting female love interested that most of the audience going to like. So team Eve, baby!

Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnifocused, Omnivorous, etc, etc, etc. Omni means All, for example, a Multitool is multiple tools, an Omnitool would be all tools. Likewise, Omnivorous means you eat everything. Ofc it's not so literal usually, for example we obviously don't eat *everything* just most things, and so logically a multitool with enough tools could be considered an omnitool. He's called Omniman because he basically has all the powers. He's all powerful.

Mark and Eve's relationship is way too important and intrinsic to the story of Invincible, it isn't something that can just be removed if they are trying to make an adaptation that does the comics justice that is. Williams sexuality is actually present since the first episode of the show too. The scene when mark gets beat up by the bully for helping ember, he talks to William about what happened at the white house. Will states that Omniman is, I believe he said, "really hot" and goes on for a short while to talk about his moustache. When mark said something to William, he replied with "Right, sorry, straight stuff". These are all more or less obvious clues to Williams sexuality and I quite like how they did that. Him being gay is just treated casually and isn't on the nose as in, pick a random Netflix property, but yet it is still constantly there from the beginning of the show.
You missed that Monster Girl was wounded in the fight with Battle Beast et al. They omitted an entire character from the comic in Guardians of the Globe and had her be injured instead to further her + Robot's relationship.

It's a great show. Not read the comic but really enjoyed the show and am looking forward to season 2. I recently read an article setting out the differences between the comic and the show and noted that they made quite a few changes regarding ethnicity and gender swapping. Doesn't really bother me as, I already said, I haven't read the comic. However Kirkman apparently said the reason for this was because diversity and representation is important to him. Hmmm, if that's true why didn't he make those characters biracial/black/female originally when he wrote the comics? Why only do it now? Sounds to me like he's jumping on the bandwagon but maybe I am wrong.

Im not a huge fan of the show only because the power levels of omniman and invincible are fudged quite a bit in the show. For example, invincible can supposedly fight omni man and lose but it takes a bit meanwhile invincible will lose to much weaker opponents within like 2 punches. It just felt really inconsistent that all of a sudden his powers are no longer as good for the sake of the plot
Amber is the only downfall of the show, literally just because how she was written in the last two episodes. Other than than her I love the rest of the characters hero’s and villains.

I disagree. It silver age-esque last arc and ending make perfect sense. Invincible was always Kirkmans love letter to the superhero genre and was never in line with the boys.
