- How to manage trolls on internet as a content creator. How to handle bad comments on social media. This isn't an easy question to answer, especially when we expose ourselves and share everything we do with our Land Rover Defender. Some "experts" always seem to know better or some others just like to share their not so kind opinion. We genuinly share our experiences and a part of our life and would never act differently in real life than on social, so why some people allow themselves to be so disrespectful?

If a level person starts to watch a video they don’t like, they just stop watching and don’t comment. However, if someone is envious of what you have or what you’re doing, they want to bring you down. So easy to hide on the internet and be anonymous. They’d never have the balls to say it to your face. Keep up the great vids.
Troll comments make you stronger. Positive comments give you more energy to move forward. All comments must be considered. The off-track Family are wonderful, you guys are great. 👍💪💪💪

I think your content is great and thanks for your videos.
You explained it very well in regards to how adults should behave and communicate.
The internet can be a strange place - even children behave better in the schoolyard sometimes!
I think it's far easier to be critical and nasty behind a keyboard. Like you said, a different thing altogether to behave that way in front of someone's face!
And of course the internet does bring out the worst in some people.
As for the rest of us (and the vast majority), hooray for the good people of CZcams!
Keep Calm and Ignore the trolls, they are just sad people without a life or any interests, by not responding you deprive them of the attention they desperate seek We have had this problem on amateur radio for decades, long before the internet was invented :-) Arguing with Trolls is like mud wrestling a pig, you are never going to win AND the pig actually enjoys it more than you do :-)
Ignore these little people. I’m a van user owner but I still find your videos entertains and informative. Keep going 👍✌️
You do a really great job. Please don't sound so sad. Just ignore the bad people. They are mostly unintelligent, jealous and rude. Don't stop, almost every one likes your work. And anyone is entitled to not like it but do that respectfully. Keep smiling
👍 Some people are envious, others have an unhappy life and want others to be unhappy too so they make negative comments and they enjoy making these comments perhaps also to receive attention that they otherwise wouldn't have! Maximum esteem for how you carry out your family life project, your children are having a priceless and dreamlike experience... Ps even though I have a Wrangler I have to admit that the Defender in the background is beautiful! 😅 Ps I would like an "episode" dedicated to the cleaning and care of exteriors and interiors, for example in Italy self-washes kick you out when you have a slightly dirty off-road vehicle😇, here I go to the countryside to visit some friends who have tractors and agricultural vehicles 😁 CIAO CIAO 🖐️

i typically don't comment a lot on YT posts, but i like what you guys do and sure some topics are more relevant to me than others, but i totally understand that you need to (respectfully) expose some of these persons that have nothing but disrespectful trolling and no constructive feedback.
i'd say go for it and keep doing what you are doing with your family and share what you want to share!
Your YT channel is your living room. If someone is invited into your space and insults you then you have the right to remove/delete them. They are rude and aren't welcome. It's a shame their parents didn't teach them good manners.
Trolls, or most of them. are just making up for their own inadequacies. However, accept their input, because it drives the algorithms. Daft old world, but rise about it and move on. Anyway, love the content and the passion you have for sharing your journey with your Defender and the joy it brings to you and your family. 👍
We call people like this keyboard warriors, miserable will always be miserable. We love everything you guys are doing and admittedly jealous of such a cool rig. You are good parents, a good couple, beautiful and classy so just ignore the losers.

Thank you for your support! There surely always be disrespectful people around but there's no reason we should just sit there and not say anything ;) as I said there are mostly positive and this is what we love 🙂
Some utility vehicles become icons, such as the Defender, the old Land Rover, the Troopy, the GW, etc. So several of your viewers will be kind of experts or technically capable. Consider as well in these times, lots of information is around in the web. Some of those experts will be a bit arrogant if you guys share or ask questions regarding the vehicle. This in the way of: "how could you did not now that"!.
A different kind of topic are the goodies and bits you install in your LR. I guess some viewers will know about the theme, others will become jealous 🤢and others will consider that this or that is useless, etc. Anyway, the bottom line is when you expose yourself you will find the whole zoo around, unlike when you are a member of a forum where manners are almost always respected.
Remember one thing trolls count as activity on your videos. More activity such as comments etc. The more CZcams will share your videos.

Yes there will always be negative people and people who don't like what we share, absolutely no problem with that. It's being mean and disrespectful or the ones that know better trying to belittle us. We have our experiences and are not experts compared to other skilled followers. We take all advices and can feel when it's just there to try to bring down our work.

Sad to see good people have to go through this. What I did with trolls was blocked them here on YT and on IG, I'm blocking several everyday. My content is and comments is more under my control with blocking.

No worries, we don't listen to them. Some of them are better to not ignore and let them know respect is an important value in life. Haha fun you ask that question, there's a live talk on that particular topic ;)

I have commented on your content, via CZcams, it's not criticism, it's an observation., I have LRO from Jan 1994. Overland's Go further now, it's All shared Via the interweb. I want to see the content as it continues, not via a magazine article that you All died, because it wasn't in 4 wheel drive, And you didn't lower the air pressure in your tyres. As, I read about a few years ago in Australia !
