I have a Black BMW - Heavy Cut & Lake Country Orange foam on a DA, then Micro Cut & Rupes yellow foam on a DA to finish. Amazing results.
Youre incorrect on the amount of cut with P6. It clearly says on the bottles, P6 has a cut of 6, while P3 has a cut of 3.
That One Cut & Finish looks like a real money maker if you're trying to fix and flip cars.
Very good and knowledgeable episode!
I have the same Volvo but blacked out.
Enjoyed this.
I’m a detailer based in the U.K., been using Koch for a long time now, to my understanding P6 has the same cut as F6. On a side note, if you like the smell of Gsf, wait till you try active foam 😁
Rupes or koch chemie ?
I use Rules machines and pads, but deff Koch for compounds @@a.22vlore47
Great video!
Super thanks gentlemen. Can I use lake country pads orange and black with the P6.01?
This is a huge help. I’m really used to the Rupes line and didn’t know how things “match up.”
What are the pros and cons of UNO Protect vs One Cut & Finish?
Can I used these on rotary? And can you use this in direct sunlight? (Coming from a mobile detailer)
Are we able to purchase more pads besides the ones given with the chemical products
Are they safe on plastic trims?
How do you compare koch chemie system to optimums system and Rupes DA system? Which system has the best technology? Which system is more efficient and user friendly? Which system is more sun friendly for mobile detailing? Thanks
No system is entirely the best. Every detailer tries out a system and finds good results in a specific combo. All of these are good lineups that you've mentioned. If you want to geek out then, I'd say, koch chemie has a more well-researched lineup of products. They've been around for a long time.
Beautiful packaging and branding on Koch products. I think the names are confusing and there might be too many to choose from for the average bear but looks like a solid line up. Color coding is cool too.
Great video. Good explanations. Though "Heavy Cut" isn't really is it?
It is heavy cut. A compound's cutting ability is severely affected by the pad type. Heavy cut used on a quality wool pad, with a rotary will cut like a hot knife cuts butter imo.
Thinking about this lineup or Rupes DA system. Rupes seems to have a more simple lineup but Koch seems to really dive into every product you need for every situation. Which begs the question; which compounds and polishes are better? Tbh I think it’s good to have a little bit of both to fit everyone’s needs, but the pads from Koch are so unique and chemically designated where as the Rupes DA system are so flexible with different pad combos. Idk man I’m so stuck in between which ones to get.
I'd say get the Koch ones. Pretty versatile im my opinion.
@@aezarexxzarus4846 i ended up getting the Koch Chemie system, and have had it for about a year. It’s a phenomenal system but it’s neck and neck with The Last Cut line and Shine Supply.
Hi! Can you use after One coat and Finish additional protection like Cancoat?
no
Can coat from geyon ? Why not?
One cut & finish give a srapnt protection . Can I apply fusso coat next for gloss and protection?
Can use Mirco cut on head light or clear plastic ?
Absolutely!! It may not have enough cut for removing sanding marks, but it should be able to remove oxidation.
P6 01 gives more cut than the P3. You've got the two mixed up.
If it’s not Sonax, it’s a waste of money.
Side note: the pronunciation of Koch Chemie is hilarious 😂
I'd say you're a bit biased but to each their own.
the 2 last have kind of wax guys... for me no sense compare to true wax. then i undersrtand it just hide the water sport with that wax = after that wax gone we will see those water sport. if i am not wrong
I believe it has enough cut and finish to remove water spots. The fillers are to mask light to moderate swirls/scratches. Making as if it was to correct just like micro cut and finish; that being said, one cut and finish looks the same but last longer with the protection, but when the fillers fade, the scratches come back, I don’t think the water spots do.
-1 for your computer guy not adding cool effects on the hi-five.
Lol 😂
