Ever wondered what you could do with old newspapers other than just recycling them?
Well I have, so I decided to show you guys a quick way you can turn your newspaper into newspaper kindling.
I even came up with a contraption to make a more uniform compact newspaper log.
These bio fuel briquettes are best made in advance and stored in a dry area.
When you are ready to use them you can shred a little off the newspaper log to act as a fire starter/kindling or dip in a bit of used cooking oil and light the whole thing.
I tried to remove as much dye from the paper before I made them into bio fuel briquettes. It would be wise to check with your local newspaper supplier, to see if burning paper with their ink will produce any harmful effects.
