Yes I know I didn't get an S or a FC in Osu! I had a few missed slider-ends and missed the second to last note. I did not want to spend another hour trying to complete it.

But, why he didn't put the full version of the GD level, I know is fan-made but, how not?

@@peachy3.145it technically changes the difficulty of adofai because you know the song and wont fall for any tricks in the level, whereas, if you dont know the song, its mostly trial and error, but yeah it doesnt instantly make you good at the game
tbh i think this is the ranking:
4. jsab: 3 hp, checkpoints, lots of space to work with, bruh
3. gd: little off course and you die, but only one button to work with.
2. osu: precise inputs and easy to be overwhelmed.
1. adofai: full ver, camera go →↑↓←, memorization, one button but like youll only use one, one miss and youre dead, just built different man.

Not really, because you don't even use mouse in levels of JSAB and ADOFAI, GD doesn't have that many spam parts and even dual wave is easy to do without spamming that much, and OSU well, you don't need your mouse as well

I still remember when I first beat deadlocked. I had been practicing for about 4 months on my old Kindle fire and during lunch at school I had like 4 people around me watching and I finally did it (all coins) and everyone started freaking out. I felt pretty cool that day.
I also was at school and I couldn't believe it that I just beat it, one guy watched as I beat it and it was a power move.
This brings me back to middle school when beating hard levels of geometry dash made you lightweight cool

so from this vidoe i learned something:
no matter on what game "deadlocked" is played on, it will always be a hard level with awesome music
Each presents its strengths here, Geometry Dash shows most of its systems and plays into its aesthetic,, Osu moves around quite a bit and shows off its variety of notes, Shapes and Beats shows off how well it plays to a song and IMO is the best match, and IcyFire shows off how long and confusing it is. (Joke aside, it shows off how dynamic camera angles can really carry a simplistic design.)
This feels like when the main characters in the show have been training for 9 episodes and now they're fighting the final boss of this arc

@@wrex4699 much of gd's newest custom levels are visually stunning (compared to osu at least, the only details there are whatever storyboards you have) but otherwise just have par level design, something you don't really have to care as much in osu as long as you're making something doable for yourself. and besides i think jsab's levels are a lot cleaner and easier on the eyes due to all the flashiness in today's levels
can't say anything about dance of ice and fire though, never really played it

@@facutomas7622 Your first claim is debatable. Osu has no other way to increase difficulty other than increasing the speed/frequency, whereas gd has many ways to do it, it can be done with both speed AND precision (a lot of xtr demons have 1/60s to 1/120s perfect timings for instance) alongside with the much more developped gameplay allowing to suit the song much better (osu's hard song pool is therefore primarely focused around drumstep-like music, forcing a center genre). The difference gets even clearer when facing the top levels.
Some levels in gd, especially the more easy ones, are not 100% rythm based because they don't have to, due to the freedom they are given, but in terms of possibility (and we're not even factoring in dual play) gd outclasses osu on the "rythm" field.
It’s kinda sad how many people don’t know about adofai especially since it’s a great game that really deserves more recognition
Yea ADOFAI is fun but kinda hard, but there's so many cool effects like, just play Aleph 0 by Leaf xD. Same for OSU

Deadlocked just got added to a radio station in Fortnite so now its officially in 5 different games lol
The fact that the 4th game (A dance of Fire and Ice) still keeps going at the end of the full track while the others are just done.
It's incredible how pleasing it is to watch all of these
Gd is the most intensive visually and requires a fair amount of timing
Osu is the one that requires the most mouse precision
Jsab is the one that requires the most reflexes
And a dance of fire and ice (I think that's what it's called) is the one that has the hardest of timing and click speed
Adofai timing is pretty much not that crucial, can confirm as I've played it.
It has a few ms leniency and can be compared to 10keys vsrgs since it has freedom in which buttons you need to press.
Excuse me but I am pretty sure that ADOFAI can hurt your eyes more than GD
You can click with keyboard in ADOFAI, but you cant miss a single note or you insta fail, hence why he had to record with autoplay
GD isn't that bad in difficulty, only the wave sections and final ufo are hard.

music have ascended with the popularity of rhythm games and i as a osu/gd player i love it
It's like overtime, Deadlocked became one of the MOST iconic songs in any rhythm game EVER to the point there it has to be in it in order for it to count as an existing rhythm game. (I'm looking at YOU Megalovania.) It's interesting to see how different games take on Deadlocked. Some are like "FK YEA BUTTON MASHING GO GFJIHTGHJIRT9I0PIRYT!!! POINTY CURSOR GO WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!" while others take it as the standard Electro-House sort of song that it is.
Also I gotta make sure to get A Dance of Fire and Ice.
I definitely agree. Deadlocked has become the most iconic song by F-777 in multiple games. And it is incredibly interesting seeing how every level maker visualizes the song in their head. Luckily for me it wasn't a too hardcore song that involved way too many inputs (Stares at Freedom Dive)

i would say the easiest out of all of them is jsab (with geometry dash just edging away even tho the song is edited to be shorter) and then the hardest is adofai imo

JSAB is hard to play with a controller, yo. i'm a keyboard player but i get it can be pretty hard to control with a joystick and especially that fast. plus the cooldown for dashing.

Fun fact: 2 of these games require only one key to complete, and 2 of these games require more buttons.

Adofai, looking at the map, definitely requires at least 2 keys, but theoretically you could do it with one key if you really wanted to
