My tactics: more wizards
You should mix up the skins you use instead of using one skin for all of your units. And if you can you should control the giant more often so that you can use the earthquake ability which helps out a bunch.
Challenge:use undead skin in mission without spells but only spearton and archer
The savage magikill is the most powerful savage unit
play pocket ants
I completed this mission at hard difficulty through swordswrath only. My swordswrath had vampire skin. It surprisingly worked.

Also when you use Spartans use spartan madness to throw spears before fighting
But Baron, the Undead skin only turns enemies into helpful deads if user controlled. The AI enemies only just revive as a dead.
