how to find the hold and let go or hold and release to shoot setting on sniper?

Go to settings and you’ll see the basics tab and tap advanced and you’ll see the right fire mode and you’ll see “Fire on ADS”.
Also if you want to hold your shotgun fire while it’s in Fire on ADS scroll down the advanced tab and you’ll see shotgun firing mode the tap single fire.
