I love the rain, but am so rarely able to enjoy it like this, staring out at a rainy landscape from somewhere warm and dry with a warm drink. The modern world needs to allow for more of this...
I've been listening to these playlists for the last couple of months I've spent reading the Stormlight Archive and now they've become like a trigger for me to enter this fantasy world. Thank you, Blue Turtle. You've helped create a space in my mind where I can escape far away from the troubles of the world. The light rainfall together with the imagery and calm piano adds so much to the reading experience.
Oh thank god, a new video just in time for my final exams. And there's rain oh you treat us my good fellow!

Dear Mother
I hope things are going well back home. Word reached me from rumors in the market that a terrible storm blew through around home recently. I hope everyone is alright. News doesn't often reach here from that way, so I hope there isn't anything pressing that might require help. Not that I won't help, of course, but if it is something that truly needs an Elemental Mage's aid then things are most dire indeed.
Things here have been going well. I've just returned from a short journey to the eastern plains to gather some vital herbs and work on my casting and spirit work. Plenty of room to practice out there. It's raining over the Citadel as I write this. It almost reminds me of home when the rains come in autumn.
Give my best to Da and Henry, and a pat for Lily, too. I hope to see you all soon.

It has been difficult to receive and send mail since the storm. It lasted nine days, many beyond our land do not know, it is the birth of a new spirit. We are recovering, the elders have healed much of what has been destroyed. Your Da has been reaching out to the new spirit, but it is too young and its magic too raw. It is difficult on him, but he believes that we must welcome it into our lands, among our own gods and spirits. But please do not worry, we are well during these times.
Your sister, young as she is, has asked of us to train with the warriors. Henry and your Da believe it is a good idea, but I am wary. She has my heritage, it is sure now that her magic is small and will not grow. I wish my children weren't so fond of the adventurous paths.
Though I am always happy for you, I will always be proud and keep you in my heart. Before being a mage, you were our child and it hard to think of you in any way. Your father tells me of how his magic reaches yours, I hope my love can be felt in a similar way.
Tell me more of your life by the Citadel, it seems you have been more distant since you have left. Have the spirits of that land been kind? Do you still pray to our gods? What has your magic become since I had last witnessed it. Do you remember the first time we noticed it?
Write to me soon my love, in this letter I have sent a dried blue rose petal. I know they only grow near our homes and its magic may be of use to you.

Myyyyyy, this is glorious! Might be my fav so far. There's just something so magical about that picture. It makes you relate to it, feel like you're in it, because who hasn't seen rainy days? But at the same time, it makes you feel like you're in another world because of the aesthetics. That, plus the fabulous ambience and the delicate and serene music makes this playlist otherworldly!

I love your work! So I was very pleased when I saw this video is freshly released. Great way to focus and create a calm atmosphere.
Perfect timing, just finished spring break and have a lot of assignments due in a couple of days! I love the flowing and thoughtful piano against the steady downpour of rain and all the clouds and fog of the animation, it gives the whole video a fresh yet comforting feel. Amazing job :)
