सुप्रीम कोर्ट को भी मालूम हो गया,एक बार अंतरिम जमानत दिया तो स्वाति मालिवाल को पिटाई कर दिया। अभी और MCD का मालिक बना दिया तो दुसरा शीशमहल बना लेंगे।
चुनाव से पूर्व दिल्ली को पुनः एक केन्द्र शासित प्रदेश के रूप में परिवर्तित कर देना चाहिए, अन्यथा 'आप' की अराजकता चलती रहेगी ।
Bilkul sahi. Otherwise, the same situation will prevail whenever opposition governments will be in the centre and state. Delhi must be declared as UT again and no further amendments should be allowed in the parliament.

केजरीवाल का जाना जरूरी है
दिल्ली विधानसभा खत्म होनी चाहिए और MCD में कॉरपोरेटर हटाए जाने चाहिए। ये होगा तभी अफसर काम कर सकते हैं। यही स्थाई हल है। दिल्ली को सभी पार्टियों ने पैसे बटोरने और वोट बटोरने की मशीन बना कर रख दिया है। केंद्र सरकार के अधीन कोई योग्य LG प्रशासकों के साथ मिलकर सरकार चलाए। दिल्ली में शांति और विकास के लिए अंततः हमे यही विकल्प अपनाना होगा।
केजरीवाल देश की राजनीति पर बोझ है।
यह राजा नहीं दिल्ली के शहंशाह हैं। उम्मीद रखें यह आखिरी मुगल- बहादुर शाह जफर बनेंगे।

दिल्ली की सभी समस्याओं का एकमात्र तरीक़ा है दिल्ली विधानसभा को समाप्त करके कारपोरेटर की नियुक्ति कर देनी चाहिए वरना दिल्ली सरकार और केंद्र सरकार के बीच की लड़ाई कभी समाप्त नहीं होगी ।
सिर्फ जनता पिसेगी और किसी को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा।

Supreme Court says that it is duty of LG to maintain checks and Balance via 10 of his Nominated candidates. With the same logic it is a duty of ED to keep check on corruption by likes of Chidembaram, Kejriwal.
I doubt that Supreme Court can reduce power of ED to allow escape or delay chances to benefit criminals like Chidembaram. As such ED'S role gets consolidated in AAP liquor case. If more escape paths are allowed then it would be more delays and more confidence to commit scams.
