That four in one bucket really does a great job striping sod. Even that little strip by the road was neatly clean off. No rocks was found on this job.👍🤣
Just want to say I appreciate the editing and trimming work done on the video today. I appreciate that it would have been a 2 hour long video if you hadnt edited it. It's good when you show the highlights of each stage, maybe the start, a bit in the middle, then the end, since it shows us enough to get the idea, and the start/finish progress of that stage, without being needlessly inflated in time. So yeah, thanks for that, it's really appreciated.
Yeah but some of us like over inflated needlessly loooong videos, just the sound of track pads slapping the ground is so soothing and the engines roar, but to hear the dulcet tones of this mans voice will calm the most rattled nerves. Do what you have to do to your videos I'll keep watching and listening, a great big hug.
@@kittty2005 Oh for sure, I'm not trying to take that away from anybody. I'm just saying that in this instance it was well edited to save it from being too drawn out.
Chris, you along with some other CZcamsrs, are part of the reason I purchased two new machines to get back into dirt moving after doing something totally unrelated for 30+ years. Traded away some other equipment I had and now own a Takeuchi TL12R2 High Flow and a TB260 both with cabs. Just weekend work for myself and a few others for now but I'm having fun. Thanks for all your effort making great video content!
Just when I think you can't get better at driveways, you blow it out of the park. You have a precision eye that catches every detail.Keep making America great!
After looking at Marketplace, in my mind I just spent a year's earning on equipment I have no place to store, it's a good thing none of this equipment can be ordered online, I'd be broke in minutes.
Ive looked it up on various Heavy Duty Equipment reseller sites etc, ( i dont do social medias ) Also have family up in Arkansas that have fields/crops etc with Combines and others, So when on avg the lowest on the list starts at 60k and beyond it is an eye opener.
Very true! Bermuda will grow everywhere except in shade. Fabric is only for bridging or keeping materials from bonding together. Great work! Maybe time for a review on that bucket now that you have used it a while?
Chris I worked on the Ground Crew for the Detroit Tigers and I think you have found a way too strip Sod off the field a whole lot easier than when we did it. nice work. stay safe.
Appreciate the little explanation on the fabric. It’s what I figured but always good to hear confirmation from a pro. I’ll be putting in a driveway tomorrow. Hopefully it goes as smooth as this one 👍🏼
Now that's a trick with the four-way bucket for stripping sod that I haven't seen before, that works a treat!! Between that and everyone likes watching some gate spreading the guy at the storage unit job was the best I've seen..absolutely satisfying video to watch!
Another great video Chris and man I just wanted to say thank you for taking us along every day with you on your journey to work well I look forward to watching your videos every morning between 4 and 5 AM while I’m drinking my coffee but anyway brother you and John stay safe and keep the videos coming
These videos are perfect for winding down before going to sleep. They are informative and entertaining while also meditative and relaxing. Have to love disabling the backup alarms
Mr Gayle Charpentier New Iberia, Louisiana. I watch you do your work ,you do great work. I can see why you stay working .I like to watch i enjoy God bless .
Thats gonna be a nice spot for the House and the driveway looks nice as well.thats a Lot of stone To put down for the driveway.lucky you didnt have ans rain there cuz it looked a bit over cloud. Nice job.😀
Got er' knocked right on down !! Looks Great Chris !! Turned out Nice as always Man !! And another in the books...lolol...Have a Great Evening Man !! On too the Next...
No rocks ha ha. Guess you won’t be sliding down the tail saying ya ba daba doo after this job. Great work Chris keeping us loyal viewers happier man I miss working spring break up is here. Stay healthy and safe from Alberta Canada 🇨🇦
Another nice project. A simple sketch of the property and driveway would help us visualize. Astonished local authorities allowed a forty foot "curb cut" leading to a house. Would never be allowed here.
Like some of the others I love that skid steer ( 401 bucket) I think you called it, that is the handiest tool ever, I done a few driveway's back it my operator day's I know that would have helped a lot. Of course the operator has something to do with it. Great work Love the videos.
I have an idea for you,, get AMI to build an angle blade for the Taki so its easier to clean the edges. Just what you needed today, a nice simple driveway job with NO boulders. @ 35:28 we can hear that track roller that rattles like the tanks in WW2 movies.

That bucket is as handy as a pocket on a shirt, that was fun to watch
Stripping with that bucket was really cool!!!!!
Good tip about usage of fabric. I learned something today.. You saved property owner money on unneeded expense =)
That's one nice sod cutter you have there!!!!

All in a days work.. I always enjoy watching an artist at work....lol. Chris does every job as if it was his own detailed canvas painting. 👨🏻🎨
Just so mesmerized by digging and smoothing out dirt and rock. Takes me back as a kid playing in the dirt.
Am I the only one that spends 20 minutes on Facebook marketplace or Craig’s list looking for equipment after watching his videos? 🤣
After looking at Marketplace, in my mind I just spent a year's earning on equipment I have no place to store, it's a good thing none of this equipment can be ordered online, I'd be broke in minutes.

No, I go to the caterpillar web site. If you can only dream, dream big!
Yeah, grapples and excavator 'thumbs' are the items I covet right now. And now, clamshell buckets. Peeling that sod up was pretty slick work.
A little variety from all the big rocks.

It pays to have the right tools. It gets the job done faster and does a better job. Great work.
Enjoyed this video. Amazing to watch you peel that ground with the 4:1. That bucket has paid for itself over many times.
This is actually one of the first videos I’ve watched where I can see the benefits of a 4in1 bucket 😁Looks great man!

Love that crazy sod cutter! Works great! That bucket is awesome!!🤣
Looks really nice that great job Chris 👍
Whichever contractor that is building that house, is going to love that lot. Awesome driveway to get into, park, and to get materials delivered.
That bucket makes stripping grass easy. Great job 👍
i'd like to say i invented the 4x1 bucket, Whoever did is D lucky, Though the reverse loading "clamshell" type etc is a total game changer no doubt.
When I hear that song smooth operator, this guy comes too mind lol

that was slick peeling that sod up !
Great work as usual sir!
Looks great 👍
You make running that skid steer look so easy
Looks great!
Could re-use that sod that was peeled up while clearing the grass from the house pad. It peeled up like you were using a sod cutter.
