@@goldbrick2563 I think the issue with revenue simply has to do with marketing and assumptions surrounding women abilities. You have to understand that it’s only been 2 years that the ncaa allowed the women’s team to use March madness branding and in these last 2 years it’s been the first time you can actually find games at prime time on prime channels. WNBA has the same issue but worse. They don’t put money in it and then are surprised money doesn’t come out. Glad the game got some notoriety this year to initiate change.

The disparity of these contracts are maddening. Most women basketball players can shoot better than NBA players
WNBA plays with a smaller ball but same sized hoop, increasing their shooting percentage. Also, the contracts for WNBA players aren't likely to increase until they become financially independent. They are subsidized by the NBA and have never had a profitable season.
