Speaking of semi-silent changes I swear alessian order used to not have a recovery cap and it was just 2% of resistances = recovery regardless of how high you got your resistances... I could be wrong though
Not silent that was changed years ago because Health Recovery was completely broken after the vampire rework. People just sitting in toggle-mist unkillable while regaining HP.
Syrabane would be excellent for p4 on the final boss of earthen root enclave. Tank gets an easier time with lightning breath, and dds and healer get a MUCH easier time with the lighting strikes
They should just change that Health Recovery stat tbh, it's weak. Just change it to something like healing received by a % because Health recovery is just a bad stat overall.

I get yelled at any time I try to wear anything to help me survive. The tank meta seems entirely offense oriented. Personally I'd give up Naz monster set for some kind of decent tank/survival oriented mythic in a heart beat but I don't wanna get dumped on by trial raid leads.
how is it different? Now it only affects group members meaning it caps out at 11 people, I would assume it affected more, perhaps many more in PVP and other non grouped activities that will have random people near you or helping you... now it is for organized group play only. So other than reducing where it is possibly useful, I don't get how it was buffed....
Edit: Oh I see - the block mitigation works on the wearer now. The lead is buried here, if you miss the 1 second where he says it out loud. 1:12
On PSNA its been used by some. We’ve known about the change for awhile.

Call me crazy but I'm okay with them not disclosing every single change they make. Sometimes it's fun to discover something new out of the blue. If I was a game developer I probably would disclose 98% of all the changes to the game, and keep 2% secret to see who can figure it out.
I actually wish they wouldn’t. Theory crafting and finding new sets is so cool when it’s all a surprise.
It be fun for sets that dont get used to suprisingly be like when did this have this.
