The footage shows the massive rocks slamming onto the two trucks driving along the Central Highway. Afortunadamente, no hubo personas fallecidas, sólo daños de los vehículos.

Once i was traveling from indias capital Delhi to the state of Jammu, and Jammu is massively prone to landslides. Whilst i was in the car, a skull sized rock came rolling just exactly in this clip, and directly hit my face, piercing my neck by the pieces of glass of the window. Fortunately, i survived but that shit knocked me out for more than 10 minutes. I couldn’t get out of bed for two months. 😮💨

I live in NYC and had a Lyft driver from this part of South America who told me about how these landslides and rockslides have made traveling the local mountain passes so treacherous. Wow! This is utterly terrifying to behold.

The "Cameraman" is the Dash Cam footage from a following vehicle. A Cameraman would have flinched (at least) when that barrage hit his Truck.

He did, the rock hit the trailer squarely but missed the cab. Luckily the hit squashed the trailer down and effectively locked it in place rather than hauling it over the edge.
It was a *monster* hit, in any regard.
What's even more impressive is the fact the ones after actually shattered the entire road bed down about 3 feet.

The road isn't FOREVER damaged. It was built and it will be rebuilt. We had one collapse here on the coast of Cali recently and they rebuilt it in like one month
